Hi Family,

In this video, I share how and when to take a social media fast. 

There are certain things you'd observe in life that leads you to fast from social media, you may have observed them but ignored them. I shared some of these things and I hope it inspires you.

The how of social media is equally important so you don't break your fast prematurely. 

As young Christians, we must be aware of all the distractions that try to stop us from spending time in fellowship with God.

Be intentional about doing a social media fast often.

What does it mean to be complete in Christ? When you look at yourself, what do you see? Do you see someone who is imperfect and lacking in many areas? Do you sometimes find yourself thinking these thoughts? God is angry with me. I’m too dirty and damaged for Him to accept me. Why would God want to be with me when I’m a hot mess.
